Michael Ching

Michael Ching is the president of HR Fusion, Inc. Mr. Ching has 14 years experience in the fields of banking, payroll and corporate management. Michael and his family reside in Baldwin County, AL.

After graduating with a MBA from Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL, Michael and his family decided to move to Baldwin County.

Baldwin County is a popular destination for visitors, from all over the nation and world year round because of first class golf courses, beautiful beaches, unlimited recreational opportunities, a healthy economy and first class public school system which, collectively, have contributed to the county’s explosive population growth since the 1990's.

Mr. Ching is active in the community and takes a personal interest in his clients’ success. He believes that the best business managers are those that recognize and focus on their core competencies while outsourcing non mission critical tasks such as benefit administration and payroll compliance.

Michael enjoys riding mountain bikes, traveling, reading, and coaching up and coming business leaders to focus and grow their businesses.

Jennifer Phillips is the payroll processing manager at HR Fusion.  She graduated from the University of West Florida in 2008 with a Bachelors degree in Professional Accountancy.  Jennifer also received her Masters in Accountancy at the University of West Florida in May 2009.  From there, Jennifer plans to further her career by obtaining both CPA and CPP licenses.  Born and raised in South Alabama, Jennifer currently resides in Baldwin County with her husband and two basset hounds.
